在高校教学中,学业导师在学生的学习和教育中发挥重要的引导作用,是教师队伍的重要组成部分。当前'互联网+'背景下,加快创新创业教育的快速发展。该文探索分析'互联网+'背景下民办高校学业导师工作的必要性,创立网络平台、建立评价机制、创新多样指导模式的新思路,介绍了如何确保民办院校学业导师工作实践的对策,以推动学生个性化发展,提高学生的学业成绩,促进人才培养质量,为学生顺利就业打下坚实的基础。

In college teaching,academic tutor plays an important guiding role in students’learning and education,and it’s an important part of the teaching team.Under the current'Internet+'background,accelerate the rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper explores the necessity of the work of academic tutors in private universities under the background of Internet+,establishes a new platform for network、evaluation mechanism and diverse guidance mode,introduces how to ensure the practice of academic tutors to promote student personality development,improve students’academic performance,promote the quality of personnel training and lay a solid foundation for students’employment.
