清远市社区心理健康服务现状调查分析与研究

Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of Community Mental Health Service in Qingyuan City

该研究对清远市15个社区进行实地走访和问卷调查,共收回调查问卷970份,访谈问卷90份。结果:(1)近三成的清远社区居民对心理健康的认识存在偏差;(2)近一成的居民存在心理健康症状;(3)社区居民对心理健康服务的需求存在矛盾;(4)社区心理健康服务的人员设施配备普遍不足,工作开展不系统、不规范、不科学,社区居民知晓率不高;(5)专业人员短缺是社区心理健康服务的主要困难。结论:政府应高度重视,大力提升居民心理健康素养,统筹规划社区心理健康服务体系建设。

In this study,970 questionnaires and 90 interview questionnaires were collected from 15 communities in Qingyuan City.Results:(1)Nearly 30%of Qingyuan community residents had deviation in their understanding of mental health.(2)The 10%of Qingyuan community residents had mental health symptoms.(3)There are contradictions in the demand of community residents for mental health services.(4)The personnel and facilities of community mental health services are generally inadequate,and the work is not systematic,standardized and unscientific.The awareness rate of community residents is not high.(5)The shortage of professionals is the main difficulty of community mental health service.Conclusion:the government should attach great importance to the psychological health of the residents,and plan the construction of a community mental health service system.
