我国的社会经济、政治、文化等各个方面,从改革开放以来都得到了迅猛发展,特别是进入新时代以来,这种变化愈加明显。与此同时,我国高等教育也应当与时俱进,做出符合时代潮流、响应时代需求的转变与调整。本科教育作为高等教育的重要一环,自然是不可忽略的部分。该文正是从这个立足点出发,坚持以人为本的教育理念,以促进学生的全面发展为目标,创新教育理念和方式,从而进一步推进高素质人才的培养体制建设,完善和创新现代大学制度,以期不断优化我国本科教学效率与质量,为社会培养更多更优秀的有用之才。

China’s social economy,politics,culture and other aspects,from the reform and opening up have been rapid developed,especially since the new era,this change is more obvious.At the same time,China’s higher education should also keep pace with the times and make changes and adjustments in line with the trend of the times and in response to the needs of the times.As an important part of higher education,undergraduate education should not be neglected.So we view it from this perspective,adhere to the people-centered concept of education,to promote the allround development of students as the goal,the innovation education idea and method,so as to further promote the cultivation of high-quality talents system construction,perfection and innovation of modern university system,in order to optimize the efficiency and the quality of undergraduate course teaching,to cultivate more excellent talents for the society.
