基于“OBE”理念的大学生学业指导体系构建探究——以G高校经管类二级学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 'OBE'理念是成果导向教育理念(outcome based education)的缩写,作为北美二十世纪八九十年代基础教育改革运动的成果,其理念核心是以成果为导向和以学生为中心,同学业指导一致,强调学生培养过程的构建性设计以及明确的培养目标并以此为导向的渐进式发展,这就使得'OBE'理念对于大学生学业指导体系的构建具有广泛的适用性和指导作用。课题组依托于'OBE'理念为导向,以某高校经管类二级学院为试点,尝试梳理和整合影响学业指导体系构建关键要素,搭建'系统化、制度化、规范化'的大学生学业指导体系框架。 'OBE'concept is the abbreviation of'outcome-based education'.As the result of the basic education reform movement in North America in the 1980 s and 1990 s,the core of OBE concept is result-oriented and studentcentered,consistent with academic guidance,emphasizing the constructive design of students’training process and clear training objectives,and gradually developing based on them.This makes the concept of'OBE'have a wide range of applicability and guidance for the construction of academic guidance system for college students.Based on the concept of'OBE',the research team,taking a secondary college of economics and management as a pilot,tries to sort out and integrate the key elements that affect the construction of academic guidance system,and constructs a framework of'systematic,institutionalized and standardized'academic guidance system for college students.
