摘要
该研究以粤港澳大湾区大学生为实证研究样本,对湾区大学生的创业核心能力现况进行调查分析,为相关高等教育管理者提升大学生创业核心能力而进行课程设置改革提供相应的决策依据。结果显示:粤港澳大湾区大学生创业核心能力是积极的,但沟通能力和领导能力还有较大改善空间;不同性别、不同专业背景大学生在总体创业核心能力有显著的差异性。最后,该文根据上述结果发现,提出了相应的创业人才课程设计改革建议。
This paper takes the students from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research object to know their entrepreneurial core competence,so as to provide relevant decision-making basis for the reform of entrepreneurial curriculum.The results show that:the entrepreneurial core competence is generally positive,while different gender and major background of students have significant different entrepreneurial core competence.Finally,according to these results,this paper proposes the corresponding reform suggestions for entrepreneurial curriculum.
