摘要
第一课堂和第二课堂是高校教育人的两大有效载体。随着社会不断发展,高校教育目标也发生了相应的转变,不仅要培育好学生,更要为社会培养适应时代需求的全能综合型人才,这意味着第二课堂应该与第一课堂中更好配合、互补,并发挥更好的作用。该文通过对第二课堂育人作用分析,结合案例,总结优化高校第二课堂的育人模式,并提出相应的优化策略。
The first classroom and the first classroom are two effective carriers for educating people in colleges and universities.With the continuous development of society,the educational objectives of colleges and universities have changed accordingly,not only to cultivate good students,but also to train all-around comprehensive talents to meet the needs of the times for the society,which means that the second classroom should better cooperate with the first classroom,complement each other,and play a better role.Based on the analysis of the educational function of the second classroom and the case study,this paper summarizes the educational mode of optimizing the second classroom in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies.
