阜新作为国家级珠宝产业基地,在珠宝玉石设计人才的培养问题上,应该要与高等教育平台接轨。同时,作为阜新当地的高等院校,也要充分了解珠宝玉石行业,合理调整学科设置,把高等教育的人才输出与产业需求相结合,做到人才培养有针对性、人才教育有客观性、人才输出有必然性。

As a national jewelry industry base,Fuxin should be in line with the platform of higher education in the training of jewelry and jade design talents.At the same time,as a local university in Fuxin,we should fully understand the jewelry and jade industry,rationally adjust the subject settings,combine the talent output of higher education with the industrial demand,so as to achieve targeted talent training,objectivity of talent education,and inevitability of talent output.
