Research on Entrepreneurship Education of College Students in Hubei Independent College

湖北省的独立学院有办学模式多样化、师资配备薄弱化、学生层次低水平化等显著特点,其专业教育尚需努力,创业教育更是问题较多。可以根据办学模式明确创业教育的目标定位,联合企业强化师资队伍建设,结合学生特点提升核心创业能力,从场地、资金、制度、人员等多方面给予保障,促进湖北省独立学院创业教育的发展。

The independent colleges in Hubei Province have obvious characteristics such as diversification of school-running modes,weakening of teachers and low-level students.Their professional education still needs efforts,and entrepreneurship education is more problematic.According to the mode of running a school,we can define the goal and orientation of entrepreneurship education,strengthen the construction of teaching staff in joint enterprises,enhance the core entrepreneurship ability according to the characteristics of students,and guarantee the entrepreneurship education from the aspects of site,fund,system and personnel,so as to promote the development of entrepreneurship education in Independent Colleges of Hubei Province.
