高职大学生创新创业能力培养探析

On the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Higher Vocational College Students

随着我国改革开放的不断深入,全社会掀起了一股'万众创业,大众创新'的热潮。对于高职院校而言,丰富学校创新资源,营造出创业环境,鼓励和培养学生创业是深化高职教育改革,提高高职办学水平的重要措施。该文笔者根据自身多年的高职教育从业经验,就目前的高职院校中大学生的创业当中存在的问题就行了剖析,根据现状提出了一些改进和完善的措施和建议。旨在全面完善高职院校的创业培养模式和制度,激发学生的创业兴趣和信心,增强学生的创业意识和能力。

With the deepening of reform and opening up in China,the whole society has set off a wave of'entrepreneurship by all,innovation by all'.For higher vocational colleges,enriching school innovative resources,creating an entrepreneurial environment,encouraging and cultivating students’entrepreneurship is an important measure to deepen the reform of higher vocational education and improve the level of higher vocational education.Based on my own years of experience in higher vocational education,the author has analyzed the problems existing in the entrepreneurship of college students in higher vocational colleges,and put forward some measures and suggestions for improvement and perfection according to the current situation.The aim is to improve the mode and system of entrepreneurship training in higher vocational colleges,stimulate students’interest and confidence in entrepreneurship,and enhance students’awareness and ability of entrepreneurship.
