少数民族大学生创业教育需求与改革对策探析

Exploration and Analysis on the Demand and Reform Countermeasures of Minority College Students’ Entrepreneurship Education

近年来,越来越多的大学生选择自主创业。面对这样的发展形势,我国各阶层的教育工作者都应当转变思路,建立新的、与时俱进的人才培养机制。少数民族大学生作为大学生群体的重要一部分,其创业发展现状并不容乐观,还存在许多问题尚待解决。该文,笔者将立足于我国少数民族大学生自主创业的现状,对当前存在的问题进行简单的探究和分析,并开辟新思路,提出少数民族大学生创业教育的优化措施,促进少数民族大学生创业事业的发展。通过'面向少数民族大学生双创教育需求分析的地方性文化课程建设与应用示范研究'的研究,已经初步形成了一部分有针对性的、服务于少数民族大学生创新创业的教学资源和研究成果。

In recent years,more and more college students choose to start their own businesses.In the face of such a development situation,educators of all levels in China should change their thinking and establish a new talent training mechanism that keeps pace with The Times.As an important part of college students,minority college students’entrepreneurial development status is not optimistic,and there are still many problems to be solved.In this paper,the author will base on the current situation of minority college students’independent entrepreneurship in China,conduct a simple exploration and analysis of the existing problems,and open up new ideas,put forward the optimization measures of minority college students’entrepreneurship education,to promote the development of minority college students’entrepreneurship.Through the research of'local cultural curriculum construction and application demonstration research oriented to the analysis of the needs of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education of ethnic minority college students',a part of targeted teaching resources and research results serving the innovation and entrepreneurship of ethnic minority college students have been preliminarily formed.
