高校教学管理法治化的创新策略探析

随着我国法治化进程的不断推进,人们的法律意识与观念不断增强,尤其近年来,学生诉讼高校的事件频发,给高校教学管理工作敲响了警钟。该文对高校实施法治化教学管理的必要性进行分析,分析新形势下高校实施法治化教学管理存在的问题,提出开展法治化教学管理的创新,以供参考。

With the development of the legal process in China,people’s legal consciousness and concept have been enhanced.Especially in recent years,the frequent incidents of student lawsuits in colleges and universities have sounded an alarm to the teaching management of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the legal teaching management in colleges and universities,analyzes the problems existing in the legal teaching management in colleges and universities,puts forward the innovation of legal teaching management for reference.
