在社会不断发展过程中,职业学校大力推行工学结合、顶岗实习的技能人才培养模式,现如今已经成为职业学校教育教学改革的重点内容,如何能够更好地发挥出这一人才培养模式的价值,该文就这一模式以及实施的措施进行了论述。

In the process of continuous social development,vocational schools vigorously promote the training mode of skilled personnel with the combination of work and study and on-the-job practice,which has now become the key content of vocational school education and teaching reform.How to better play the value of this training mode is discussed in this paper.
