“三本院校”编导专业应用型人才培养模式研究——以河南“三本院校”编导专业为例

Research on the Training Model of Applied Talents for Radio and Television Director Major of "Independent Colleges"——Taking the Major of Talents for Radio and Television Director of "Independent Colleges" in Henan Province as an Example

大众意义上的'三本院校',主要职能是人才培养的高等教育机构,决定其是否能够长久发展的关键就在于人才培养模式的先进性,如何构建有效的、适用于'三本院校'的应用型人才培养模式,是当前学校发展过程中需要研究的重要课题。此次针对河南区域内'三本院校'学生进行问卷分析,充分认识到编导专业人才培养模式设计的总体设计思路要强化顶层设计,具体实施过程中主要研究的内容有:理论部分的课程设置和内容更新;理论课程和实践课程的所占比重及开设方式的权衡;实践教学模式的深入研究。

The sense of'Independent colleges'in public,the main function is to talent cultivation of higher education institutions,to determine whether the long-term development of the key lies in the advanced nature of talent cultivation model,how to build effective and applicable talents training mode for'Independent colleges'is very necessary in the development of school.The students of'Independent colleges'in Henan province to carry on the questionnaire analysis,fully understand the professional of radio and television director in training process,training mode design of the overall design train of thought to strengthen top-level design,the main research contents include:theoretical part of the curriculum and content updates;theory course and practice course proportion and the weighing of open mode;the further research of the practice teaching mode.
