摘要
文章通过述评现有研究发现,目前关于拔尖创新人才培养模式的培养理念和思路,作用点主要放在'外部激励'方面,多是努力为学生的学习创造环境与平台。但较少着力于开发学生内在源动力。为此,该文从内部动力层面思考,尝试构建基于道德教育的拔尖创新人才培养模式。
By reviewing the existing research,the article finds that the current training models of top-notch innovative talents are mainly focused on external incentive,and most efforts are made to create an environment and platform for students’learning.However,there is less focus on developing students’internal motivation.Therefore,this paper attempts to construct a training model of top-notch innovative talents rooted ethics education from the perspective of developing internal driving forces.
