中外合作办学项目中的助教有其特殊的工作职能。该文探讨了助教在课堂辅助教学、课后辅导学生、促进外籍教授与学生沟通、学生思想生活引导、家长咨询解惑、学院宣传招生、行政工作支持等多方面所发挥的作用。

Assistants in Sino-Foreign joint education program has their special functions.This paper explores the role of assistants in classroom assisted instruction,after-class guidance students,promotion of communication between foreign professors and students,guidance of students’ideological life,parental counseling and puzzling,college publicity and enrollment,administrative support and other aspects.
