网络直播应用于中小学教师培训的可行性及策略研究

Research on Feasibility and Strategy of the Application of Live Webcast in Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training

远程网络培训是中小学教师培训的重要手段,其具有不受学习空间、时间限制等优点,在教师培训中扮演着重要的角色。但是在实际操作过程中,远程网络培训作为面授培训的一种补充,存在着教师与学员互动性不足、课程设置与学员需求契合度不高、课程延伸性不强等缺点,学员兴趣不高,学习效果一般。网络直播教学作为时下一种新兴的线上教育方式,有着不限制空间、互动性强、容量大的特点,有效弥补了传统远程网络培训的不足,提高了教师培训的效率与效果。该文分析了网络直播培训的方式以及其在教师培训中的优点,最后提出了几点网络直播应用于中小学教师培训中的策略。

Remote network training is an important ways of primary and secondary school teacher training.It plays an important role in teacher training,which has the advantages that not being limited by learning space and time constraints.However,in the actual operation process,as a supplement to face-to-face training,remote network training has shortcomings such as insufficient interaction between teachers and students,low fit between curriculum setting and students’needs,and poor extension of courses.The students’interest is not high,and the learning effect is general.As an emerging online education mode,live online teaching has the characteristics of unlimited space,strong interaction and large capacity,which effectively makes up for the deficiency of traditional remote network training and improves the efficiency and effect of teacher training.This paper analyzes the ways,characteristics and advantages of webcast education in teachers training,and finally puts forward several strategies for the application of webcast the teacher training in primary and secondary school.
