随着'互联网+'浪潮的兴起,为了积极响应习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出的乡村振兴战略,以及李克强总理在'十三五'规划中部署加快发展农村电子商务的号召,政府相继出台了推动电子商务及农村电子商务的有关政策,借农村电商发展东风,以越西电商扶贫为发展契机,项目线上开设特色越西馆,与线下特色超市共营'轻越'品牌;在微信端建立互助平台,提供'拓渠道、建智库、荐专家、献爱心'的公益帮扶。

With the rise of the Internet plus wave,in order to respond positively to Prime Minister Li Keqiang’s call for accelerating the development of rural e-commerce in the 13th Five-Year Plan,and President Xi Jinping’s rural revitalization strategy proposed in the 19th CPC National Congress report,the government at all levels of the country has successively promulgated relevant policies to promote e-commerce and rural e-commerce.Through the development of rural e-commerce,the development of e-commerce in Yuexi will be used as an opportunity to develop poverty alleviation.On the project line,Yuexi Pavilion with characteristics will be opened,and the'light Yue'brand will be jointly operated with off-line supermarkets.A mutual aid platform will be set up at the WeChat terminal to provide public welfare assistance such as'opening up channels,building think tanks,recommending experts and devoting love'.
