交直流机车混跑牵引供电系统电能质量治理方案 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国电气化铁路正处于交流传动机车与直流传动机车长期共存的新阶段。牵引供电系统现有电能质量治理装置已不能满足交直流机车混合运行的需求,宽频谱谐波、车网谐振、电压扰动、变压器过载等一系列新问题严重影响了牵引供电系统的可靠性、可用性、可维护性和安全性。基于公司承担的国家重点研发计划项目以及在铁路牵引供电系统和交直流机车控制领域的技术优势,通过现场测试、数据分析、方案比选、仿真研究,文章提出了一种由铁路功率调节器和高通滤波器构成的新型牵引供电系统电能质量治理方案,并进行了工程实施验证。现场运行情况证明,新型方案可同时实现负序治理、网压稳定、功率因数提升、宽频谐波抑制等功能,全面解决了牵引供电系统电能质量问题,有效保证了混跑新局面下牵引供电系统安全、稳定运行。 At present, China’s electrified railway is in the new stage of long-term coexistence of AC drive locomotives and DC drive locomotives. The existing power quality control devices of traction power supply system can’t meet the needs of hybrid operation of AC and DC locomotives. A series of new problems such as wide spectrum harmonics, locomotive-catenary resonance, voltage disturbance and transformer overload seriously affect the reliability, availability, maintainability and security of traction power supply system. Based on the national key R&D project undertaken by our company and the technical advantages in the field of railway traction power supply system and locomotive control, through field test, data analysis, scheme comparison and simulation research, this paper proposes a new power quality control scheme that composed of railway power conditioner and high-pass filter and its effectiveness has been verified by engineering implementation. The field operation results prove that the new scheme can realize the functions of negative sequence control, voltage stability, power factor improvement and harmonic suppression at the same time, which fully solves the power quality problem of the traction power supply system and effectively ensures the safe and stable operation of traction power supply system under the new situation of mixed running.
