飞行器油箱油量检测专利技术综述

摘要 文章主要基于DWPI和CPRS数据库,通过检索、统计、分类整理和分析国内外飞行器油箱油量检测技术的专利申请文件,对申请量、专利申请国分布、技术原创国、重点申请人及重要专利技术进行了统计和分析,梳理了各种飞行器油箱油量检测的技术发展脉络,最后结合审查员工作中的实际案例来展现专利技术分析对审查工作的重要作用。 This paper is mainly based on DWPI and CPRS database, through retrieval, statistics, classification and analysis of domestic and foreign aircraft fuel tank oil detection technology patent application documents. Then, thepaper makes statistics and analysis on the number of applications, the distribution of patent application countries, the countries of original technology, the key applicants and the important patent technologies, and deals with the technical development context of the oil quantity detection of various aircraft fuel tanks. Finally, based on the actual cases in the work of the examiner, it shows the important role of patent technology analysis in the examination work.
