摘要
叙述1140V电压等级矿用变频器用的开关电源设计与调试,采用单端反激式拓扑结构,实现AC220V输入,+24V、±15V、+15V三相电源相互隔离输出;开关变压器温升要小于45℃,其它元器件温升小于20℃;纹波电压小于50mV。以适应具有热地检测矿用变频器用开关电源。
This paper describes the design and debugging of switching power supply for 1140 V voltage grade mine inverter,adopts single-ended flyback topology to realize AC220 V input, +24 V, ±15 V, +15 V three-phase power supply isolated output from each other. The temperature rise of switching transformer should be less than 45 ℃, the temperature rise of other components is less than 20 ℃ and the ripple voltage is less than 50 mV, so as to adapt to the switching power supply for thermal detection of mine frequency converters.
