手机app软件项目风险识别方法研究

文章以某app软件项目为例,分析其风险管理体系现状以及存在的问题,并提出改进建议,以达到指导某app软件项目管理体系改革,同时为同类app软件项目风险管理体系的构建与完善提供指导的目的。研究可以补充风险管理体系在风险运营方面的理论研究,同时发挥指导现实的意义。

Taking anAPP software project as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of its risk management system, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement in order to guide the reform of anAPP software project management system. At the same time, it provides guidance for the construction and improvement of the same kind of app software project risk management system. The research can supplement the theoretical research of risk management system in risk operation,and play a guiding role in reality at the same time.
