摘要
文章是通过有机溶剂配方的优化并结合皮革表带使用功能性,设计了一种评价皮革表带产品防水性能的标准化检测方法;该方法采用的有机溶剂不仅具备较好的挥发性,并且不损伤皮革表带产品的表面形貌和使用性能;同时,整个测试流程简洁方便易于掌握,可在钟表行业皮革表带防水性能标准化检测中有效提高皮革表带防水性能的检测效率。
In this paper, a standardized testing method for evaluating the waterproof performance of leather strap products is designed by optimizing the formula of organic solvent and combining the function of leather strap, and the organic solvent used in this method not only has good volatility but also does not damage the surface morphology and performance of leather strap products;at the same time, the whole testing process is simple, convenient and easy to master, therefore the utility model can improve the detection efficiency of the waterproof performance in the standardized detection ofthe leather strap in the watch and clock industry.
