乙氧喹啉对猪组织中硒含量及GSH-Px活性的影响

摘要 试验采用两个水平的抗氧化剂(Ethoxyquin0,150mg·kg^(-1))和三个水平的微量元素Se(0.075,0.100,0.125),分析对仔猪不同组织微量元素Se的存留和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性。结果表明日粮中添加微量元素Se使不同组织的Se含量显著增加,提高血红细胞和血浆中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性(P<0.05)。日粮中添加乙氧喹啉使肝、心、肾等组织的Se含量稍有下降,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性也有提高,但统计分析差异不显著(P>0.05)。 The experiment were conducted with two levels (0,150) of ethoxyquin and three levels (0.070,0.100,0.125) of selenium supplemantation to determine the effect on tissue Se retention and se- lenoenyume activity of growing pigs.The results demonstrate that selenium supplemented in diets signifi- cantly(P&lt;0.05) increase the retention of selenium in tissues and the activity of glutathion peroxidase in erythrocytes and plasma.Though ethoxyquin supplemented in diets had no significant effect on selenium retention and enzyme activity ,yet the Se retention was reduced in liver,heart,kidney and the enzyme ac- tivity was enhanced.The effect of ethoxyquin needs to be studied further.
