摘要
报道了三聚氰胺甲醛树脂-Pd催化剂的表征。通过光电子能谱、电子探针、顺磁共振谱、X-射线衍射等测试结果证明新催化剂是载体与Pd(Ⅰ)络合,起催化作用的是零价钯。三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的聚和度不同其对硝基化合物的活性、选择性不同。该催化剂对蓖麻油有较强的催化氢化能力,其氢化蓖麻油的碘值可以达到3,对其他油也有较好的活性。
Melamine formaldehyde resin-Pd complex as hydrogenation catalyst has been studied by XPS,FT--IR,EPMA XRD and ESR.The results measured showed that the coordinate bonds were formed between the palladium atoms and the C=N- or -N= groups in the catalyst.The results also tell that the oxidation stats of the palladium were 2+(Pd<sup>2+</sup>) in the fresh catalyst and 0 (Pd<sup>0</sup>) in the used cata- lyst.The influence of temperature and the N/Pd atomic ratio in the catalyst on the rate of hydrogenation absorption was measured and the optimum conditions were found.Alcohols are desirable.The degree of polymerization of Melamine formaldehyde resin in the catalyst had influence to catalytic activity and selec- tivity.For aromatic nitro compounds,OH and COOH groups in para position increase the hydrogenation rates when degree of polymerization of the polymer in the catalyst is high.It had high catalytic hydrogena- tion activity to many plant oils at room temperature under atmospheric pressure.
