摘要
针对国内普遍采用的柴油机BOSCH高压共轨喷射系统,本文从轨压建立、喷油正时和喷油量3方面,采用过程分析方法,重点论述了BOSCH共轨系统与维修密切相关的控制策略,依据其控制过程和策略,提出BOSCH共轨系统故障的维修思路和检测方法。
According to the BOSCH common rail diesel injection system,this paper mainly discussed the maintenance of BOSCH common rail system and the closely related control strategy from the rail pressure,injection timing and fuel injection quantity aspects.Based on the control process and strategy,we proposed the maintenance ideas and detection of BOSCH common rail system failure.
