Design on Round Baler with Prepressing Device

设计了钢辊预压式圆捆机的整机结构以及关键部件的结构等。整机主要由传动系统、捡拾器、喂入机构、成捆室、缠网及捆绳机构、液压系统、自动控制系统以及卸草器等组成。分析了预压式成捆室的技术特点,设计了整机的传动系统,对自动控制系统的作业流程进行了描述,阐述了捡拾器、喂入装置、缠网机构、捆绳机构以及活动辊组等主要工作部件的功能。

This paper have designed the whole structure of round baler with prepressing device. The whole baler was composed of drive system, pickup, feeder, bale chamber, twine and tying mechanism, hydraulic system, autocontrol system, bale discharger, and so on. At the same time, analyzed the characteristic of bale chamber, designed the whole structure drive system, described the gyropilot process of the baler, expatiated the function of pickup, feeder, rollers, twine and tying mechanism.
