摘要
产学研联盟作为合作创新的重要方式,对于提高行业的技术创新水平具有重要的战略意义。本文基于战略联盟合作伙伴选择的3C原则,根据产学研联盟的特殊性及农业装备制造业的实际需求,将定性分析与定量分析相结合,探索性地应用AHP及模糊综合评价法构建农业装备制造业产学研联盟伙伴选择的评价体系,旨在为联盟的构建提供研究依据。
As an important way of cooperative innovation, university-industry-research institute alliance has important strategic meaning to improve technological innovation level of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry. The principle of'Three Cs', based on cooperative partners of strategy alliance, according to particularity of university-industry-research institute alliance and actual requirement of agricultural machinery manufacturing industry, the paper combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, exploringly used AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation system of partner selection for university-industry-research institute alliance of agricultural machinery manufacturing industry.
