The planting area and production quantity of China are the first place in the world, but yield of every hectare cannot get the world average level and have more distance relative to Europe and America. It analyses the main factors that affect the potato yield of every hectare by the comparison between China and other field in the world, It points out the potato industrial development direction in the future.
