摘要
为验证昆虫采样系统用于棉盲蝽田间虫量调查的效果,于2010年在江苏省大丰市蚕豆田和茼蒿田绿盲蝽1代和2代4龄、5龄若虫发生盛期进行了试验。结果表明,吸虫器抽吸虫量高于或等同于常规拍打法,且可获得各虫龄或虫态,但对5龄以下若虫虫体有损伤。因此,建议吸虫器实际应用中,应尽量选择在3龄若虫高峰后进行;取样单位蚕豆田每点抽吸1m2、茼蒿田每点抽吸0·25m2,尽量抽吸植株的中上部(嫩头或花);缩短抽吸时间,以减少长时间操作、机器振动对虫体的损伤。同时对设备提出了改进建议。
In order to check the survey effect about the number of cotton plant bug using UNIVAC portable suction insects sampling system, we made a test in Dafeng City, Jiangsu Province in 2010 , during the occuring of the first generation and the second generation 4、5 age nymph in broad beans (Vicia fabaL.) fields and TongHao (Chrysanthemum coronariumL.) fields. The results showthe insect number using insects sampling system is higher or equal to the number using conventional shoot, and this way we get different age nymph and adult of cotton plant bug, but it damaged 1~4 age nymphs. Therefore, we suggest that we use the insects sampling system after3 age nymph peak as far as possible; Sampling unit adopt1 m2suction each point in the broad bean field, 0·25 m2suction each point in TongHao field , and we should try to pump plant upper (head or bloom); Shorten the suction time so that to reduce the damage to the worm body that caused by long operation and the equipment shake. Also we give some suggestions to improve the equipment.
