摘要
模具型腔表面的精整加工,直接影响模具质量的好坏。该文以电化学、磁研磨和机器人3种非传统抛光技术为例,概述了其工作原理和应用状况,对超声、离子束和激光3种超精密加工技术作了简要介绍,提出应以自动化技术引领工艺进步,注重产品质量和用户需求。
Finish machining of mould cavity surface directly affect its quality.Taking the finishing technology of electrochemical,magnetic grinding and robot for example,operation theory and application were outlined.The ultraprecise machining technology of ultrasonic polishing,ion beam figuring and laser polishing process were introduced.Automation technology brought technical improvements,we should pay attention to product quality and user requirements.
