摘要
在快速城市化和城乡一体化的进程中,北京应走以人为本的新型城市化道路。新型城市化是空间布局合理的城市化,是维护农民权益的城市化,是善待外来人口的城市化,是产业结构优化的城市化,是生态环境友好的城市化,是发展民主法治的城市化。
In the rapid urbanization and urban-rural integration process,Beijing should go to a new people-oriented urbanization.New urbanization has some features.In there,city has a reasonable spatial layout,farmers rights and interests are maintained,transient population can be treated well,industrial structure is optimized,eco-friendly city has been built,democracy and the legal system to be fully developed.
