摘要
为了能全面客观地反映天津市农业机械化水平,该文通过建立评价指标体系,利用层次分析法,对天津市农业机械化的发展水平进行综合评价并划分级别,准确地掌握天津市农业机械化的总体发展情况和所达到的水平。该研究有利于指导制定切合实际的农业机械化发展方针、政策,为宏观调控和指导农业机械化健康发展提供科学的依据。
For comprehensively and objectively reflecting level of agricultural mechanization in Tianjin city,evaluation index system was established.And development level of agricultural mechanization was comprehensively evaluated and classified in Tianjin city by using analytic hierarchy process.Overall development and level of agricultural mechanization in Tianjin were accurately realized.It is to guide draw up development policy of agricultural mechanization development,and provide a scientific basis for healthy development of macro-control and guidance of agricultural mechanization.
