摘要
简要阐述了我国现阶段油菜种植结构、自走式油菜联合收割机的发展现状及存在的问题,介绍了油菜联合收割机收割、输送、脱粒、清选以及秸秆还田的设计过程,确定了液压系统、电器系统和智能监控系统的关键参数。试验结果良好,可满足我国油菜跨区作业的需要。
Rape planting structure,development and problems of self-propelled rape combine harvester in China were briefly described.Design process of harvesting,conveying,threshing,cleaning of rape combine harvester and stubble return were introduced.Key parameters of hydraulic system,electrical system and intelligent supervisory system were ensured.Test results were good,and it could meet the requirement in harvesting rape across different counties area.
