国际工程项目装运前的检验

Pre-shipment Inspection of Modern International Engineering Project

针对现代国际工程项目中经常应用到的装运前检验工作进行了总结。从装运前检验工作的起源与定义、当前的概况以及常规的流程等方面对该项工作内容进行了初步的介绍,充分阐述了该项工作在当前国际工程项目中的必要性和重要性。最后,结合笔者的实际工作经验提出了若干注意事项和建议,以供同行借鉴和参考。

Pre-shipment inspection which was often used in modern international engineering project was summarized.The article introduced the PSI work from its origin and definition,current situation to its routine process and fully elaborated the necessity and importance of this work in current international project.Finally,it provided some matters need attention with author's actual experiences to others for reference.
