分析了现阶段长春市耕、种、收机械化发展水平现状,阐述了农业机械化水平对提高农业劳动生产率等方面的积极作用,着重剖析了在推进耕、种、收机械化进程中存在的问题和差距,并提出了加快提升粮食主产区耕、种、收机械化进程的措施建议。

Status quo of tilling,planting and harvesting mechanization and development level in Changchun city were analyzed at the present stage.Positive functions of agricultural mechanization level for improving labour productivity were described.And problems and gaps in tilling,planting and harvesting mechanization process were analyzed.Measures and proposals for improving tilling,planting,harvesting mechanization process were proposed in the major grain producing areas.
