摘要
近年来,拥有逾3000万人员编制的事业单位逐渐呈现出机构臃肿、效率低下等弊端,难以满足经济、社会发展的需求,一场针对事业单位的改革迫在眉睫。该文深入分析了我国科研事业单位行政后勤绩效管理的现状,并就其改革完善提出建议。
In recent years,malpractices such as overstaffing in organizations and low efficiency have been showed in institutional units with more than 30 million staffs.It is difficult to meet the needs of economic and social development.A reform which is according to institutional units is imminent.The status quo and suggestions of performance management of administration staff in research institutions were analyzed.
