辐照技术为提高我国粮食产量、保障食品安全卫生发挥了重要的作用。该文概述了辐照技术在农业生产及科研中的应用,从辐射诱变育种、农产品辐照加工、食品灭菌消毒等几方面论述了其所具有的独特优势,以期进一步拓宽应用领域,促进我国现代物理农业工程的应用和研究。

Irradiation played an important role in order to improve China′s grain production,guarantee food safety and hygiene.Applications of irradiation technology in agricultural production and scientific research were summarized.Unique advantages were discussed from several aspects(radiation mutation breeding,radiation processing of agricultural products,food sterilization and disinfection,etc.).It can further broaden application field,and promote application and research of modern physics agricultural engineering in China.
