摘要 以LPC2132为主控芯片设计泵站远程监控系统,该系统通过检测泵站电源电压、电流、电机和水泵温度以及水压等参数,对水泵和电机的工作状态进行判断,当电机或水泵的工作状态出现异常时,立即停止电机,以保护设备安全,并将异常现象通过远程数据传输给管理者,以及时采取相应补救措施。整个系统除了可以实现远程数据传输外,还可以实现远程控制。系统通过多次试点运行的检验,该系统运行稳定、可靠,具有较好的应用前景和推广价值。 Remote monitoring and controlling system that made LPC2132 as controller chips was used to monitor power supply voltage, current, temperature and pressure of motor and pump, and other parameters. These parameters were used as a basis for estimated working condition of pump and motor. In order to protect safety of motor and pump, motor should be stop immediately if working condition of exception appeared. Anomalies were transmitted to manager by remote data transmission and remedial measures were taken in time. The whole system achieves not only remote data transmission but also remote control. Systems were used in many places; results showed that control system could be operated steadily and reliably. So it has a good application prospect and promotion value.
