摘要
对苍耳、草和大白菜三种植物进行了叶蛋白提取工艺的试验研究,主要研究粉碎打浆的影响因素;改装使用了市售产品93RC-40型揉碎机的出料口。测得揉碎次数对植株破碎程度、出汁率有明显影响,而对汁液粗蛋白的提取率基本无影响。此外,对加水、不加水揉碎的蛋白提取率进行了测定。所得结果对于改进机具设计与选择工艺参数有一定参考价值,以便为农作物废弃物进入粗饲料规模生产领域寻求一条新的途径。
The test and technological research on extraction of leaf protein concentrate(LPC) from Hanthium Sibiricum, Humules Scandens and Chinese Cabbage were carried out. The effect of trituration on fractionation of LPC is the main research content. A modified kneading cutter 93RC 40 was used to process the green vegetation. Test result shows that the numbers of trituration has evident effect on break level of the green vegetation, but not clear on the extraction ratio of coarse protein in juice. The wet and dry processing were also studied. The result will be useful to the design of triturating machine, and selecting the technological parameter.
