摘要 通过对当前世界各大公司高频低功耗软磁铁氧体材料性能特点的综合分析,提出了宽频低功耗材料性能指标。采取相应的技术思路及工艺对策,用普通干法工艺批量生产出了性能优异的宽频低功耗DMR1.2k材料。对比测试结果表明,DMR1.2k材料性能优于PC50,综合了7H20、3F4等材料的优点,且兼顾了低频要求,具有很好的应用前景。 On comprehensively analysing the features of high frequency low loss soft ferrite materials made by world famous manufacturers, performance figures are proposed for broadband low loss soft ferrite materials. Applying proper technology routines and process measures, DMR1.2k type soft ferrite materials with excellent properties has been manufactured using conventional dry method. It shows by comparative measurement that the DMR1.2k type soft ferrite material has performance better than that of PC50 material, combines the features of 7H20, 3F4 type materials, etc., and is also suitable for low frequency applications. Consequently, the DMR1.2k type soft ferrite material has a hopeful application prospect.
