摘要
目的:探讨新生儿黄疸光照疗法的护理干预。方法:对150例黄疸新生儿根据其病情采取光照疗法及相应的治疗护理措施。结果:患儿经舒适护理蓝光照射治疗后,黄疸消退、血清胆红素降至正常范围者58例;黄疸明显消退、胆红素接近正常者52例;经口服药物治疗3￣5d后黄疸消退40例;总有效率为100%,无并发症发生。结论:新生儿黄疸患儿光照疗法的护理干预,能减少胆红素脑病的发生。
Objective To study the nursing intervention for newborns with jaudicewhen cured by Blu-ray radiation.Methods Different phototherapy and nursing cares were use for 150 newborns with jaudice according to their different condition.Results In 58 cases comfort Blu-ray radiation treatment,jaundice dissipated to the normal range,in 52 cases jaundice significantly dissipated,bilirubin close to normal,oral medication 3-5d after the jaundice dissipated 40 Cases;overall efficiency rate was 100 percent,without complications.Conclusion Nursing intervention in newborns with jaudicewhen cured by Blu-ray radiation can reduce the occurrence of bilirubin encephalopathy
