丹参注射液联合强的松治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎疗效观察

Thrapeutic observation of Danshen injecfion combine with prednisone in patients with chronic cholestatic hepatitis

目的:为观察丹参注射液联合强的松治疗慢性淤胆型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法:将89例慢性淤胆型肝炎随机分为治疗组46例,对照组43例。两组均应用丹参注射液、甘利欣、维生素K1、门冬氨酸钾镁综合基础治疗,治疗组另服用强的松30mg/d,1周后血清总胆红素(TBil)下降40%以上或<171umol/L时则逐渐减量至停用,然后观察两组治疗4周后TBil、ALT、ALP及GGT变化情况,并比较两组治疗的总有效率。结果:治疗组TBil下降及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:丹参注射液联合强的松治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎疗效快,效果较佳,经济实用。

Objective:To stady the therapeutic observation of Danshen injection combine with prednisone in patients with chronic cholestatic hepatitis,Methods:To analyze 89 cases of chronic cholestatic hepatitis then divided them into two groups,cure group for 46 cases and control group for 43 cases Both of them have been treated by the basic drugs,including Danshen injection,diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection,Vitamin k1 and Potassium Magnesium Aspartate injection,but the cure group take prednisone as 30mg/d After one week,when the TBil has been decreased for more than 40% or less than 171 umol/L,reducing the dose gradually until withdraw,Although both of them should be observed for 4 weeks,such as TBil,ALT,ALP and GGT,then compare the effective rate of the two groups.Result:The effective rate of cure group is obviously higher than control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:Treating the patients of chronic cholestatic hepatitis with Danshen injection and prednisone is much better,but we should pay attention to the contraindication of prednisone.
