摘要
目的:利用HPLC-ELSD法测定金刚藤胶囊中薯蓣皂苷元含量。方法:色谱柱Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(150×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(72/28)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,载气压力40psi,雾化温度90℃左右;柱温为室温。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.02～0.64mg/mL浓度范围呈线性关系(r=0.9999)平均回收率为98.7%,RSD1.82%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏,适用于金刚藤胶囊中薯蓣皂苷元的含量测定。
object To develop an HPLC method for determining of diosgenin in Jingangteng capsule.The determinatine was carried on HPLC,using Shim-pack VP-ODS column,acetonitrile-water(72:28)as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The clear air pressure was 40psi and drift tube temperature was 90°C.The column temperature was room temperature.Results The calibration curve of diosgenin showed good linearity over the range of 0.02-0.64mg/mL(r=0.9999).Its average recovery was 98.7%,RSD%=1.82.Conclusion This method,which is simple,sensitive is appropriate for the quantitative determination of diosgenin in Jingangteng capsule.
