Analysis of 206 clinical cases of head-first birth with umbilical cord around neck

目的:探讨头位妊娠脐绕颈对围产儿的影响及其分娩方式的选择。方法:回顾性分析了2006年1月至2006年12月间206例头位妊娠脐绕颈的临床资料。结果:头位妊娠脐绕颈导致围产儿的病率及剖宫产率升高。结论:头位妊娠脐绕颈通过干预可以减低围产儿病率及剖宫产率。

Objective To discuss the influences caused by longitudinal lie with head showing first accompanied by umbilical cord around neck and the corresponding selection of way for delivery.Method Analyzing 206 clinical documents concerning longitudinal lie with head showing first accompanied by umbilical cord around neck retrospectively from January to December in 2006.Result A rise of perinatal mortality and an increasing ratio of cesarean section caused by longitudinal lie with head showing first accompanied by umbilical cord around neck.Conclusion By intervention,the ratio of perinatal mortality and cesarean section caused by longitudi-nal lie with head showing first accompanied by umbilical cord around neck can reach a lower level.
