摘要
目的:建立测定参芪片中天麻素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以C18为固定相,乙腈-0.05M磷酸溶液(3:97)为流动相,检测波长为220nm,流速为1ml/min。结果:天麻素在0.122μg-1.215μg范围内线性良好,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=0.64%(n=6)。结论:所建方法可用于参芪片中天麻素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determineation of gastrodin in Shenqi tablets.METHOD An RP-HPLC method was established.The Chromatographic column was C18.The mobile phase was acetonetrile-0.05M phosphoric acid solution(3︰97).The detection wavelength was 220nm and the flow rate was 1ml·min-1.RESULTS The good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.122μg-1.215μg for gastrodin.The average recovery was 99.45%,RSD=0.64%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method can be used for quantitative determination of this preparation.
