山羊精液冷冻保存研究现状、存在问题及展望 被引量:1

摘要 山羊精液的冷冻保存对于山羊遗传资源的长期保存和辅助繁殖技术研究具有重要的意义。我国山羊冻精技术的研究是从80年代才开始,到目前为止,在大多数的试验中,山羊冻精解冻后的活率不能稳定地超过50%<sup>[1]</sup>。山羊精液在冷冻过程中要面临诸多挑战,主要包括温度变化冲击、渗透损伤、化学毒性损伤、氧化损伤、细胞凋亡、细胞内外冰晶的机械损伤等。另外,山羊精液中含有一种EYCE,这种酶可以和蛋黄发生相互作用,并最终导致精子的死亡,而其他家畜,如牛。
