β-catenin对绒山羊毛囊发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 毛囊广泛存在于动物皮肤的表面,是一个形态和结构较为复杂的皮肤附属器官,它控制着毛发的生长,具有自我更新和周期性生长的特点。已有的研究结果显示Notch、BMP、Shh、Wnt等多种信号途径参与毛囊发育和周期维持,其中对Wnt信号的研究过去主要集中在胚胎发育和肿瘤发生,近年来有研究显示Wnt蛋白在维持毛囊生长中同样具有重要作用<sup>[1]</sup>,进一步研究发现Wnt蛋白功能的发挥是通过β-catenin来实现的。
