番茄红素的生物学特性及其在动物生产中的应用前景 被引量:3

摘要 为了满足人们对肉类需求的增长,畜牧养殖从千家万户散养到规模化、集约化生产的比例和水平逐渐提高。这种转变给动物摄食方式和内容带来了很大的变化,尤其对于反刍动物而言。像肉羊从放牧转为舍饲后,摄食方式发生了重大改变,过去放牧采食的是各种青草,这种生活方式的特征是食物丰富而且健康,转为舍饲后接触青绿饲料的机会大幅减少,实际生产中往往常年给羊饲喂的是玉米秸秆和干草,精补料中添加的是合成性的矿物质和维生素。
