山羊激活素A型受体定量表达研究

摘要 采用定量PCR技术研究了山羊激活素A型受体在不同山羊品种的心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺、肾脏、卵巢和垂体7个组织中的表达情况。研究发现:ACTR A在不同品种山羊的心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺、肾脏、卵巢和垂体中都有表达。ACTRⅠA和ACTRⅡA在肾脏中含量最高,心、肺中含量最低;各组织中ACTRⅠA与ACTRⅡA呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。萨能奶山羊ACTRⅠA含量极显著高于南江黄羊及大足黑山羊(P<0.01),南江黄羊、大足黑山羊与萨能奶山羊各组织中ACTRⅡA含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。繁殖力较低的萨能奶山羊卵巢ACTRⅡA与ACTRⅠA比值显著低于高繁殖力山羊。
