马克思主义法学是以马克思主义的世界观、方法论为指导来研究法律现实的一切法学学科的总称,是一个庞大的、不断发展的知识体系,可以从指导思想、研究对象、学科体系、创立、发展、职能等多角度综合把握。马克思主义法律观是马克思主义法学的核心部分,在法学研究中坚持马克思主义法律观,首先必须对马克思主义的基本理论认真研究、认真学习。坚持才能发展,从实际出发,唯物地、辩证地、发展地看问题,在解决现实法律问题的过程中也就发展了马克思主义法律观。

Marxism jurispridence includes all the disciplines researching legal phenomenon under the guidance of Marxist world view and methodology.It is a large and growing knowledge system which can be grasped synthetically from the perspectives of guiding ideology,object,structure,foundation,evolution and function.The Marxist views on law are the core of Marxist legal theory.To adhere to it in legal research must study the basic theory of Marxism seriously.It is only by adhering to it that can develop it.When we look at the problems from reality and under the materialistic and dialectic method and solve the practical legal problems,the Marxist views on law will also be developed.
